How we use
your information.
What this website collects, how demo requests are handled and where to contact us about your information.
Who operates this website
This website is operated by TraceMint, based in Türkiye. For website or privacy enquiries, contact ping@tracemint.ai.
What the form records
The demo form records your name, email, company and any optional topic or message you provide. These details are used to respond to the request. The form does not create a product account, subscribe you to marketing or authorize a security scan.
Where the request goes
This website uses AWS hosting. Demo requests are stored in an encrypted DynamoDB table in Frankfurt (eu-central-1), and an internal notification is submitted through Amazon SES to the TraceMint contact. Website delivery uses CloudFront and a private S3 source. No third-party analytics, advertising trackers or session recording are loaded.
Access and operational data
The form uses the connection’s IP address for per-source rate limits and also applies overall submission limits. Rate-limit records use a hash of the address; this is pseudonymization, not anonymity. Application logs do not intentionally record submitted form contents. Infrastructure providers process connection data needed to operate the services.
How long records are kept
Demo request and rate-limit records are assigned a seven-day expiry. DynamoDB TTL deletion is asynchronous, so records can remain briefly after expiry. Internal demo notification emails are retained for 30 days. This separate mailbox retention period is not shortened by the database expiry.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set authentication, analytics or advertising cookies and does not store form fields in browser storage. Product login is a separate application. A retry reference is kept only in the open page’s memory.
Questions or removal requests
Contact ping@tracemint.ai with the request reference where available. Do not include sensitive evidence in the first email.
Data handling within a TraceMint product deployment is covered by the applicable product agreement and deployment configuration.
